Who was worse in WW2, Japan or Germany?

Everybody knows the Nazis were horrible and monstorous but many dont know that Japanese were at least as bad as them. I didnt until i looked it up and now i think the Japanese were worse. Here's a list on some of the things they did: torture, mutilation, forced prostitution, cannibalism, multiple massacres, human experimentation and biological warfare, among others. In the course of the war 10 million Chinese were killed, compared to the 6 million Jews. And a quote from a POW: "The Japanese cut flesh from his arms, legs, hips, buttocks and carried it off to their quarters... They cut it into small pieces and fried it"
