Am I legally allowed to beat up this dude?

im pretty sure it wont matter where you live...you cant just beat people up i don't think a court would see his actions as assault and i don't think a day later is self defense. be the bigger man and leave it be. don't sit buy him ignore him its not worth risking your future simply to lay hands on another human being simply because he ticked you off.
