Atheists: Don't you think that's insulting?

I am defined by many as a Atheist. Most of those defining me as a Atheist are religionist. The classification and label are due to religious dominance of our society. I answer to it because they outnumber me. But i consider myself just a guy who thinks religions are ridiculous and wonder why everybody else doesn't see that. To me religion is so obviously bogus that it is absurd to believe it. I am not rebelling aginst anything. I am only stating the obvious.
